Medicare vs. Medicaid

Are Diapers and Briefs Covered by Medicaid or Medicare?

  • Medicare does not cover incontinence supplies.

  • Medicaid covers incontinence supplies such as adult diapers, and briefs when these supplies are deemed to be medically necessary by the treating provider. If your doctor determines these products are needed to manage a medical condition, they will write a prescription that will allow you to get incontinence supplies through Medicaid.

  • If you have Medicaid and use incontinence supplies, talk to your doctor to see if you qualify to get them through Medicaid.

  • Once you have a doctor’s order, getting the supplies you need discretely sent to your home is only a phone call away!

  • We provide a free personal assessment done in the client's home or by phone to help you determine the right supplies that are best for you and how much supply is needed in a month.

  • After the assessment, your supplies will be delivered discretely and consistently to your home on a monthly basis.

  • We work with your doctor and insurance to handle all the paperwork so you don’t have to. We also follow up with you to ensure the supplies are meeting your needs perfectly.
